An FRM candidate may only defer their Exam registration once, to the next examination date.(每位FRM考生只能延期考试一次，并且是自动顺延至下一个考试日期）
Please note:
A deferral to the next examination period must be submitted by the last day of registration. For example, the last day of registration for the May Exam is April 15th; for the November Exam the last day of registration is October 15th.（考试延期必须在考试报名截止日期之前作出申请，例如，5月FRM考试的报名截止日期是4月15日，11月FRM考试的报名截止日期是10月15日）
There is an administrative processing fee of US$100 to defer your Exam. This fee must be paid via credit card at the time of your request.（延期考试需要缴纳150美金手续费，且必须在提出申请时使用信用卡支付在线支付）
As a deferred FRM candidate, you will automatically be re-enrolled in the next Exam cycle. If you decide not to attend the next Exam, you will forfeit your Exam registration fee and will need to re-register as a returning candidate should you choose to sit for the FRM Exam.（延考生会自动顺延到下一个考试日期考试，一旦你决定不参加顺延后的考试，考试费用不退不补，并且如果你将来打算参加考试的话需要重新缴费报名考试）
Second deferral requests will not be considered. There are no exceptions to this.（考试延期有且仅有一次）
Once the deferral deadline has passed, special requests for deferrals will not be considered. There are no exceptions to this.（一旦考试延期时间截止后再提出申请延考，协会将不予通过申请）
Any study materials you purchased for this year´s Exam may not be applicable for next year´s Exam since the Study Guide and suggested readings will change from year to year. Please refer to the Study Materials section to review updates to the Study Guide for Deferral and Returning FRM candidates.（考试复习资料一年变更一次，当年的考试资料只适用于当年的考试，返考生可在协会官网上查看新一年的考纲变更，来确定考试的内容变化）
If a candidate who defers a Part II registration does not first pass Part I, their Part II deferral will automatically be converted to a Part I registration in the next administration. Unless a candidate is sitting for both Parts on the same day, they cannot sit for Part II without having first passed Part I.
If, after submitting your Deferral request, you change your mind and want to sit for the FRM Exam during the current Exam period, you must contact GARP by the last day of the current registration period. This will incur an additional administrative processing fee of US$100.（如果考生将二级考试延考了，但没有通过一级考试，那么二级的延考将自动变更为一级考试，除非考生是同时参加一二级考试，否则，没有通过一级考试的考生是不允许考二级的。如果考生在提交考试延期的申请之后，在考试报名截止之前反悔了，考生可以在截止日期之前联系协会修改信息，并需要额外支付150美金手续费）。
